III. Return Process

IV. Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase. The actual time required for the funds to appear in your account depends on the specific payment platform;
For returns unrelated to quality issues, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs;
For returns due to quality issues, we will cover the shipping costs (subject to prior confirmation).
